 Dale Russell is the founder, president and  shareholder of Russ-L Contracting, Inc., a Texas Corporation established  in 1986. Dale Russell started his construction career as an active duty  service member of the United States Army Corp of Engineers in 1976.  During this obligation, Dale Russell was directly involved in the  management and supervision of numerous contract government construction  projects at various military installations in Europe and the United  States. Dale Russell has over thirty five (35) years of prime  subcontractor, general contractor and consurlting experience with the construction of  shell/core building, tenant improvements and building renovation work  with all projects being completed. Russ-L Contracting, Inc. self  performs all rough/finish carpentry, drywall/finishing, painting and all  other tenant interior finishes. Annual average revenue for the past  five years exceeds 1,500,000.  The vast majority of his knowledge and  experience is with commercial, industrial, retail, medical and  institutional facilities. His primary experience is business management,  marketing, sales, budgets, cost estimating, project/subcontractor  management, design/build, field administration and supervision.
